Latitude lines run horizontally while longitude lines run vertically. The latitude specifies a location's distance north or south of the equator. The longitude specifies the location's distance east or west from an imaginary line connecting the North and South Poles, called the Prime Meridian.

Sorry made a mistake and put the difference of latitude and longitude instead of altitude. Latitude lines run horizontally while longitude lines run vertically. The latitude specifies a location's distance north or south of the equator. Altitude is your elevation.
Latitude is your distance north or south in comparison to the equator.

Longitude run from East too West and Laditude Runs from North too South
latitude & altitude-Pertaining to any location on earth with reference to a fixed surface point, which is usually sea level.

Ltitude lines run left and Right Longitude up and down, and Latitude is still a location on earth, where as altitude is how high above sea level you are.

latitude lines run north or south of the equator
longitude lines run east or west
Altitude is the height or point of an object above sea level or ground level, but latitude is the angular distance of a place north or south of the equator

Latitude is North and South and Longitude is East and West. Altitude is the height above sea level and latitude is measurement system based on degrees or fractions of a circle.

Latitude is South/ North and Longitude is East/ west.

Longitude lines run north to south of the equator. Latitude lines run east to west of the equator. Altitude is the measure the north and south measure above sea level, and latitude specifies the north and south distance in the equator

latitude lines is nothing but line used for destination it runs north an south of earth and on the equator longitude line is also a measurement of direction measured by degree it runs a horizontal line across the earth and one is the equator the difference between altitude and latitude is that altitude is the height of something and latitude is how long

Latitude runs East to West, Longitude is a angular distances, in the degrees, minutes, and second, of a point east or west of the prime meridian. Latitude is horizontal and Altitude is vertical
